Pick-Up Guidelines

Schedule in Advance: Please schedule your pick-up at least one day in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same-day bookings, as we need time to prepare your order.

Preview Photo: The night before your scheduled pick-up, we will share a preview photo of your item. If your booking went through, you will receive an immediate email notification.

Check for Prepared Items: Please check your messages the night before to ensure that all items for pick-up are ready. This allows you to inform us if anything is missing.
